Food was cold, service was slow and seat was dirty and stained my pants. I have dinned here pre pandemic and never had an issue. Made a reservation weeks in advance was given a table by the door. People kept knocking into chairs that were waiting in line. Had a party of 6 so this wasn't a small bill.
It took 2 hours to get our meals. And they forgot a pasta dish. This was for pre-marathon pasta dinner. So it failed the main purpose. I wouldn’t recommend.
Everyone else got a fuc
Arrived with a party of 8 for a 6:15PM pre-concert reservation. Ordered at 6:35PM and were only finally served after multiple queries at pleas at 7:15PM and only finally got an order of garlic bread after our dinners had arrived. Not sure what was going on - we were told the manager was in the kitchen trying to get food out - but it felt like kind of a mess. Even in the experience checking in with the host was chaotic - servers going by on both sides, diners coming in and out... my last experience at Trattoria Dell'Arte pre-... read more
As always, great service, food and atmosphere. Jo Myra our wait person is amazing.
Like eating in the subway. A terrible expérience.
I was extremely upset when I recieved my Cheque they charged me 30 dollars for tiny bowls of icecream litterally one tiny scoop each ! We asked for bread and recieved garlic bread and charged us 9 dollars for it ! Then I tipped and the waiter came back to the table and told me I had not tipped enough and he told me the suggested gratitude was what I should have tipped ! I’m behond disgusted with this type of robbery
We were there for a late lunch. Used to be a top spot in mud-town. Service was good but the food was terrible. Seemed like the sea food in the pasta was not fresh at all. Used to be a regular some years back, however, will not return. There are plenty amazing Italian restaurants in NYC with excelkent food for way less $$$.
Used to be terrific. Now, it's indifferent. No one cares or tries very hard.
