Waiter took long time before coming to table to take drink and food order. He was not very personable as we have experienced in the past. Food came out extremely fast, we felt very rushed to eat and get out. There was no time to relax and enjoy the experience.
45 minute wait for entree. Terribly slow service and extremely noisy.
Two of the plates didn’t come hot, they came completely cold, one of them seemed like microwaved and the taste was terrible. One of my friends couldn’t eat at all and no one in the restaurante seemed to care. Overall, it was a really bad experience, for people that used to love that place.
Don’t go. Over bearing arrogant waiters with no knowledge of the menu or Italian food!
Not vegan or dairy free friendly. They do have vegetarian options covered in cheese which leaves vegans and dairy free diners with few options other than vegetables or a simple pasta dish. My daughter said the kids pasta at Olive Garden was way better than theirs. Our waiter said that DF and vegan is difficult at an Italian restaurant but many places do a great job with this. It is simply laziness and lack of creativity to treat DF and vegan diners so poorly.
The prices are a bit outrageous, I paid 29usd for essentially flatbread pizza. Pasta was generally good and the desserts were fine. Service was alright, but this just screams tourist trap based on the location, food quality and price. There is better to be had elsewhere.
I made a reservation several weeks ago hoping for a nice dinner with my family on our first night in the city. It was extremely crowded and we felt unimportant and did not have the experience we were hoping for. We were seated by the front door at a tiny table and ignored for 20 minutes. There were nicer tables in the back and upstairs. Our server was not knowledgeable or communicative about anything. I would not recommend this restaurant.
Ehhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh mid
It was one of those evenings where I said it was a friends birthday and never acknowledged. We ordered 3 appetizers and they never came out because they were out of the zucchini flowers but the server never realized they didn’t process until he went to get our orders. Water glasses not refilled and never asked for another glass of wine. Also never acknowledged the birthday. A dear friend advised me to go here for the event. Locals seemed to love it, but will never go back.
