We have eaten here many times before and it has always been good. Maybe they were stretched too thin but my lasagne was cold to warm and beer arrived after over half my course was eaten.
Disappointing! Food was cold and returned twice. Been before and embarrassed that it was so bad. Food was very poor, I didn’t think an Italian restaurant could make a bad pasta, but it was so salty and soggy. The restaurant management did apologise and removed the food from the bill but it was such a shame as it was a business meeting. 🥺
Disappointed. Service was inattentive. Food was not flavorful - hard to understand lack of seasoning. I have to say the red sauce was good, everything else not so much. We wanted wine with dinner, but server never returned to the table. Just disappointed.
Disappointing-used to be much better
Disappointing dinner here; we had been only once before some years ago. Food is average; osso bucho waqs more likely beef shortrib; pretty good, but somehow felt wrong. Tables are sooo close as to be uncomfortable. The whole atmosphere is extremely frenetic, and made us simply want to gobble and get out as fast as possible----likely the whole intent. We would never return here; if they were not across from Carnegie Hall, they'd never survive.

We asked the waiter to return, could not start eating before the drinks. He was upset and after some arguments he took the veal back. Asked for bread and butter and he said the resturant has no bread. After the marg... read more
Seated quickly. Very crowded which effected the service, which was poor. The food was acceptable at best. Would not go back.
Service was brusque
