I was greeted by the maitre d' with four glasses of champagne for my group in honor of my birthday. The server was outstanding and did everything possible to make my birthday special. The food was superb and at the end, I was presented with a delicious vanilla meringue cake topped with a sparkler while three servers sang "Happy Birthday." It was one of the best birthdays ever, thanks to the staff of this truly great restaurant.

Have not been here in awhile. Usually we end up at Cafe Fiorello. It was wonderful! Saturday before the theater we popped in. Beautiful antipasti selection.. 6 choices. Lovely service.. Thank you!!!

The check-in was very chaotic and confusing and we were not welcomed, but just shuttled to our table, which was set for two instead of three (which I had reserved for several days in advance). The food and service were good, but I had to ask for a spoon for my linguini. I had my meal half eaten before the server could locate a spoon. I’m of Italian descent and that’s how I learned to eat pasta.

went late for after theatre. had antipasto vegetables and they were great---tasty and nicely presented. pizza was thin crust and delicious. perhaps a little sprucing up the interior would help.

One of our favorite restaurants in New York!! Love the décor, the service and the food. Appetizer choices are wonderful and could be a meal. And OOOO the pastas and the osso bucco...divine! One of us didn't like the red wine we ordered by the quartino and the server exchanged it (even though it was half gone) without question. Ask for a quiet table and you might be lucky enough to get a wonderful booth.

This was my third or fourth visit to Trattoria dell'Arte. The food is consistently good, the service is attentive, and the location (across from Carnegie Hall) can't be beat. We'll be back.

From the moment you walk in the door you are welcomed. Jeff, Michael and Yusuf could not be more gracious. Anis provides outstanding service. Compliments to the chef as well for preparing a delicious meal. Start to finish we are glad we choose to celebrate our anniversary at Trattoria Dell’Arte!!

We had a wonderful meal with excellent service. Our server, Joseph, went above and beyond to make our experience A+! I would highly recommend trying it!
