Always good, busy before theater, reserve request was for booth, for business discussion, they seated my party of three upstairs. Quite up there, but low ceilings make you feel closed in. Like the feel of the main floor dinning better.
I was looking for a nice restaurant close to Carnegie Hall and I found it! The staff was friendly and engaging from the Host to the Busmen! The food was delicious as well. I had the Lobster Ravioli and Scallops. Absolutely out of this world! I would highly recommend this gem to couples and adult groups.
fun place to take my son and his girlfriend visiting new york before a show....it was pricey for what it was but everything was delicious and they felt special and -- best of all --- seemed to think it was worth getting dressed up for --- so it was a happy time...
This was our fourth or fifth visit to Del Arte and once more all my family truly enjoyed our evening. An iconic venue that does not rest on its laurels and continues to provide a total dining experience at a reasonable price.
EVERYTHING was wonderful. Our group of 6 ranged in age from 34 to 81, and no one was disappointed. We had pasta, veal, steak and the Italian crabcake, and everyone in our party was happy with their entrees. One person had the pasta e fagoli, which was creamy and delicious. Everyone was so nice and cheerful on a day that was 5 degrees outside. It was so nice to be welcomed with smiling happy employees. The food was beyond delicious! I have died and gone to the Italian heavens!
