Great food, great ambiance, and amazing service! I take all of my clients and friends to Trattoria Dell'Arte!
This was a nice spot for a celebratory dinner after watching our daughters dance at Carnegie Hall! A little pricey, but the food and service were worth the cost. Our party of 8 was pleased.
cooks and owners like food and it shows
Cute place, great antipasto bar-artichokes are amazing. Didn't love the waiter, he was a bit pompus and didn't check on us. Loved the carbonara best I have ever had. Two in our party had the ravioli's with pesto and arugula. Flavor was to overpowering, would be a good dish if toned down pesto a bit.
Very, very noisy on the second floor, wouldn't sit there again. Food was good, was better the last time I went. Would give it one more try.
Always consistent in food and service. Been one of my favorite places for the past 15 years. Love the anti-paste bar, fresh foods and surprises.
Always love coming here. Busy, bustling, good food and a great atmosphere. Staff also very much entered in to the spirit of things when one of our guests borrowed a waiter's bow tie and began clearing our table. It is thus very clear that the wine flows well in this wonderful place. We shall return, though perhaps noit offering the assistance in table management that was previously on display. A definite 'must' to visit and enjoy! Renoir
I've eaten here a few times before, but not recently, and enjoyed it. The decor is interesting, and although the food is not truly superior, almost a type of tapas was offered of interesting vegetables and fish to make a larger plate. However, after some time away, I returned to find the fish gone and all the vegetables extremely overcooked, indeed downright mushy. It was very unappealing. The waiter was good and the place is still only steps from Carnegie Hall, but they must do something about the overcooking.
Good food, great service, friendly staff, good place for lunch or dinner
