I took my wife to the city on the weekend for her birthday Just for a dinner and a show. After scouring way too many reviews, I selected Trattoria Dell' Arte. I am soooo glad I did as our experiance was over the top, Our waiter Jeff was absolutely the best. The food was some of the best I have had in all my adventures accross the United States. Went here for my wife's birthday. Service was wonderful our waiter went above and beyond. My wife really enjoyed the birthday singing they did all they could to make it a special dinner including free dessert and after dinner shots. My only complaint is our table I had requested a great table and I believe we had the worst one in the restaurant. Part of the blame falls on us for arriving late. When we arrived, the restaurant was wall to wall people. The Management were very cordial and offered to take our coats. Once seated, food was splendid and service was lovely! Booth for four was a little tight. I would have liked a table with chairs. I do look forward to going back again but will select a non holiday time of year. When we were walking out, the maitre de thanked us for our patience since we had to wait about 1/2 hour for our table.
My fourth visit and it consistently impresses! Lunch or dinner is excellent. Manager always friendly and remembers me and my family even when months pass between visits. Excellent all around.
We had a wonderful meal with a party of 6. Food was a 10 by far. The veal parm is amazing as well as the lasagna! ! Great dining in mid town
It was very busy when we visited. So we had to wait for 30 mins after we arrived. We were served proseco while we were waiting so that was very nice. It was quite noisy. The food and service were really good.
We have dine at this restaurant several times over the past few years. We discovered Trattoria Dell'Arte on Open Table. Food is consistently good, service adequate on a very, very busy Saturday night. Desserts amazing ! This is a winner !
We love coming here when in NY. The manager Brandon is great & besides the food, loved the home baked cookies that might be available at the end of the meal. Bread & Service is great also!!
Food good, but overwhelmed with customers and the place was a mad-house. Not the place it used to be.
