We had tickets to Carnagie Hall, which was the first thing we were asked when we were led to our table. The food was amazing, the wait staff friendly and professional. The noise level was a bit much, but everyone was having a great time, so it was expected. I loved the veal, my husband loved his risotto, and even though we didn't have room for dessert, we intend to return and try some. We made the concert with time to spare, and will definitely go back for the next three concerts in the series.
Very nice place and excellent food. We were a party of 5 and ordered different entrees all of them were GREAT. The service was very good and they listened to my request for a nice center table. We enjoyed the overall atmosphere. We will definitely return to this excellent restaurant.
I have eaten here numerous times while in New York. The food and service is second to none. Tight quarters make it a bit loud but still does not retract from the great food.
Wonderful service and quality Italian food near the theater district. Good Manhattan ambience without the over the top pretense.
We were traveling with our twin seven-year old grand daughters. We could not get into our hotel because the street was closed. Trattoria Dell'Arte took us in, let us store our luggage, and got ice cream and deserts for the twins. We returned at the time we are reserved that evening to a very warm welcome. Again, the service was superb and our grand daughters were treated like royalty. This is a wonderful restaurant with outstanding service!! Don't miss it!!
Lovely fresh mozzarella with a fava bean and miscellaneous other tiny green vegetable was a complete meal...lluscious and fresh tasting. The waiter suggested a Tuscan red that was the perfect match. The service was perfect, too. The location is excellent, too, right on the N/Q/R line for access to Broadway and a few blocks from Central Park and 4 or 5 blocks from MoMA.
My third time here but I would rate the experience as just bland. Nothing to bring me back Waiter did not shut up
Food was delicious...the man at the reservation desk was soooo welcoming and made us feel so special....love this restaurant .....
Went for brunch for our wedding anniversary and loved the atmosphere and the romantic ambiance. They offered a great brunch menu with a monster list of appetizers. The first course was a very good vegetable salad. My wife really enjoyed her fritatta but my steak was hugely dissapointing. The management payed for two delicious desserts and coffee to make up for the steak. I would return again but not for the steak.
