The service was welcoming and warm and the food was delicious. Our server asked right away if we had tickets to a concert or show, which we did, and the meal was paced exactly right.
Bones found in the fish. Manager took the dish off the bill without hesitation in a professional way.
Celebrated our 52nd anniversary with you, maybe, the best of many visits whenever we come to NYC. We live in Maryland but have been dining with you two or three times a year for the past decade.
Every year we stop by here when visiting NYC. It is always a treat and very NYC. Good food and good service. A fun experience
We've been going to this restaurant for almost a decade and it has never failed in providing the best food and service for a Southern Italian restaurant.Love the antipasti bar as it makes for a healthy meal or a nice fresh appetizer.
It really feels like a rushed pre-theater place where everyone is jammed-in. Tables are very close together. We were trying to have a short business meeting, so I asked for a table a little bit bigger than would be the norm and I was ignored.
We had a wonderful New Year's Eve 2013, mostly due to this restaurant! They had a NYE Pre Fixe 7 course meal, and it was awesome! The service was impeccable, and we were able to somewhat see the ball drop in NYC! (It was far away, but could somewhat see it, and at least be in all the action on 7th St). We will definitely return to this restaurant, and also recommend it to others, as it was to us!
We purposely selected Trattoria Dell'Arte to celebrate 2 birthdays on Dec 24th - and the food, service, hospitality and atmosphere was (as always) PERFECT! Due to it's great location, delicious menu and attentive staff, we routinely visit this great spot when we are in NYC - and will definitely return soon......
We had a late reservation after a show and the food on the appetizer line was a day old, meaning it had Benoit for a long time and wasn't refreshed. The service was very good as always.
