When I dine at a restaurant, I usually like to ask the server what their favorite food is at the restaurant. I never thought of the thin-crusted pizza - it was sooooo good. Shared a tartufo which I've never had it the way it was served - not your usual restaurant tartufo. It was outstanding. Have been at this restaurant from time-to-time --I enjoyed this dining experience the best. Will be back!!

Dressy. Grown up. Helpful service. Great wall art downstairs (on way to washroom). Good food.

Always one of our favorite spots, and never miss it when we go to NY. It continues to be a great spot to eat, and never disappoints. We will continue to count this as one of our count-on spots in the city.

Great place for dinner before or after attending Carnegie Hall. Great menu, food. Service was slow and we were sitting right on the waiters' path-- way too busy. There were a few tables that would have been much worse than ours-- DO NOT sit next to the host's station. The line of people waiting to get in is right next to two booths. That would have been terrible. Next time I would request a table in the back.

While our appetizers came out very fast, our entrees took more than 45 minutes, which made us rush to catch a performance at Carnegie Hall, and left us no time for coffee or dessert. Water glasses remained unfilled until we caught the attention of a waiter to refill them.

We visit Trattoria Dell'Arte every time we come to New York. The food is always solid (try the pesto), the service is always top notch and it's a great value. Dine early for pre-theater or late night on one of their great pizza's post-theater.

Our first dinner on this trip to NYC & we really liked it. The food was quite good as was the service. The restaurant was quite busy that night but it didn't affect our service or quality of our dinner. Very lively place.

We were there for a special occasion - we were moved from a great table to the front due to work being scheduled in the dining room - would have been nice for them to have seated us correctly first. We love this place and always go when we are in New York. Not the best this time but still better than most places.
