8 of us went for dinner after Saturday theater matinee. We were seated in cozy upstairs dining room. If you are tall ask to sit downstairs as waiters were dodging the ceiling beams. Food across the board very good with average to modest portions. Prices were good considering the area. We didnt have any appetizers. Always reliable. Nice spring menu, fresh and carefully prepared. Return often when at Carnegie Hall or City Center.
I was with a small group of five people attending a concert at Carnegie Hall with only an hour or so for dinner. Our service was very good and timely and were able to enjoy a light meal with a few minutes to spare to get to the concert.
We dined here before attending a concert at carnegie. You can't beat the location! The food was delicous, some of my party returned the next day to have pizza for lunch it was sooo good. What really made the dinner special was our waiter Joe. You HAVE to request him, he's the best in NYC. Joe made the night a great experience.

We arrived for our 7:00 reservation and found a very busy pre-theater crowd. We were glad we made reservations. Service was great, food was great. We've been to other restaurants owned by this Group and found all to be run very well. We'll be back.
Continues to have delicious food - great varied antipasto you can select yourself or pick some veggies and seafood for waiter to bring. Wide variety of food at reasonable prices. Some large groups do make it a bit noisy but that's not a problem.
