My 80 year old neighbor was send her for Rehab after a major back surgery. Whenever I visited, I was greeted at the front and my temp taken. The facility is beautifully kept and clean. My hairdresser girlfriend was even given access to use the beauty shop to color and style my neighbors hair since her stay was lengthy. She loved her LVNs and RNs who treated her with the utmost respect and privacy when showering and helping her change. I would recommend Trellis to anyone.

My husband has received care at Trellis twice. The entire staff is amazing. They are friendly and attentive to all residents. They take time to answer many questions. The facility is always clean. I would highly recommend Trellis to anyone who needs care. You won't be disappointed! My husband has been there 6 months and will be coming home soon.

My father in law was admitted in February, not walking, very weak and it wasn't looking too good. As time went on he progressed tremendously with PT/OT/ST. He is now walking, eating regular food and back at his baseline. He loved Trellis so much he didn't want to leave lol it's a very clean facility and the staff is really attentive, friendly and nice. Because this is my second time at Trellis my favorite person is Adrian Racpan he is the administrator here and Adrian is there when I call him at 3am 4am he answers and believe me I have called and those times. He's excellent along with my nursing staff the maintenance man Tony is the best also. I asked to come back here and GOD FOR BID if I had any other rehab injuries Trellis Chino is where I would come and recommend

We can't recommend this place enough for your loved ones, my mother in law has been here for almost one month. They are very attentive to her, and I haven't came across rude staff at all. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a Short term rehabilitation place. We love that she has her own room and she thinks the food is great!

Excellent Rehabilitation! My relative arrived at Trellis Chino in mid May in poor physical condition due to a medical condition and less than optimal care at another facility. The team did their full assessment and staged a programmatic approach to build core strength, build back nutrition and treat every muscle group to allow for a return to her optimal level of care.. I would say the best by far would recommend for anyone who needs good care. The majority of the staff has been here for a few years at least. To me for my mom's recovery from a broken hip by far the best. Thanks trellis.
