Update, I want to thank few people here on Yelp. Housekeeper Christine is a sweetheart, she helps brighten my day when she cleans my room. Liz is a amazing CNA she goes above and beyond during the day and Oggie goes above and beyond at night. They both check on me and make sure I'm doing okay. Wound care Dan is a great Nurse and cares about the healing processe. Jessica in the kitchen has been making sure my food is on time and prepared correctly, she checks in with me periodically. The facility itself is beautiful. Not repellent like most other facilities. My boyfriend has been here a week and so far the staff have been very attentive and caring assuring that he is getting the services he needs to prepare for his prosthetic foot. The food is the greatest challenge thus far. They advertise a restaurant experience in their virtual add but that has not been the case. I would not order anything on their limited menu. Trellis Chino has the most wonderful staff!!! My mom has been there for 5 weeks rehabbing a broken femur. During her time there, the nursing staff, OT and PT have all been exceptionally patient, kind and attentive. Her head nurse Tara made communication and care coordination smooth and painless. And Natalie at the front desk consistently has a positive and helpful disposition. My mom was discharged to allow her bone to heal completely before she will return to finish the rehab. I checked out many facilities before placing my mother here. While my mother was only there a short time, they were absolutely wonderful in every area from the nursing staff, physical therapist, to the administrators. Not only were they wonderful to my mother, they were equally wonderful to me offering me coffee, snacks, advice etc. When my brother-in-law (an orthopedic surgeon) visited, he was equally impressed with the facility and the care she was receiving. I highly recommend this facility! They have the best nurses, therapist, social worker, and workers overall. My grandma was here for 3 weeks and within those three weeks we were welcomed and treated with love and care. I say we because not only was my grandma was in EXCELLENT care and treated so well with lots of love, so were we. Danica, the social worker, is the best. She worked so hard to make my grandma's appointment and making sure she received everything she needed before going home. Best Rehab I have ever visit.

This place is simply amazing my grandma was here for about 3weeks and they went above and beyond for her and the family thank you for all you did for my grandma and us I highly recommend this place it's a 10 star stay

This place is great! My grandma stood here for just over 3 weeks and the care, dedication, commitment, and attention to us by the staff was INCREDIBLE!! They gave her constant care. They always made sure she felt comfortable and at home. They went above and beyond in caring for her, and it didn't stop there. They always made sure we, the family, was okay. This rehabilitation center is the best I've ever seen. Everybody gets their own gorgeous room with a private bathroom and large flat screen TV. The facility is immaculate and smells fresh and clean. The nurses are so caring and kind, and always trying to find the best ways to help a patient. They're always upbeat and optimistic which is extremely helpful if you have an aging parent in this facility. The staff was absolutely incredible and bent over backwards to help us. Trellis was a tremendous facility. The nurses and CNAs were all helpful and kind. The therapy department was so knowledgeable and motivating, they made my recovery so much better and faster. The Case Manager, Danica, was so helpful in dealing with my insurance company and the equipment providers for my transition home. She was invaluable.
