My mother in law was here for about a month and this place has been the best placement during her recovery. The staffs are all wonderful and very helpful. The place is clean and sanitized. I would highly recommend this place.

I was a patient here under the new administrator Monica. She was very attentive to my needs and promoted a happier and healthier environment for the entire establishment. She ensured that I received proper medical care. I am very grateful for her dedication and commitment to me as a patient.

Last evening I went to Trellis to visit a client and was graciously welcomed by the front desk person who inquired as to the purpose of my visit. She shared with me where I would find the person I was visiting asking if I was comfortable finding the room myself or would like her to accompany me. the place is immaculately clean, smells fresh, I received smiles from the two staff members I passed in the hallway. My sister and I was recommended this facility for our moms rehab after our visit to other facilities which were unacceptable. When we walked into the facility we were greeted by friendly staff and an amazing facility. My mom spent two months in this facility and was given superb service above and beyond what would be expected. Quiero dar las gracias a todo personal de este lugar por hacer un excelente trabajo con uno a los de therpia. chester,krystal, matt que fueron los que estuvieron en el transcurso. Tambien a las enfermeras que me atendieron durante el tiempo que estuve ahi. se que uno puede ser muy batalloso para el personal cuando te encuentras en un circunstancia asi.apesar de todo siempre mantuvieron una ecelente personalida gracias a liz lizbeth samantha robin isabel, martha y eva, rosario muchas gracias por todo

This is a great facility !! The food is awesome, and some of the staff are excellent. Specifically, Robin and Isabelle. They will go above and beyond to please you. They deserve recognition :)

My mother who is 87 years old stayed at this facility for about a month. Despite my mother's language barrier, impatience when she needs something (rings the bell repeatedly), and her adverse attitude towards healthy meals, she was treated very well. The staff did their best to communicate with her (some actually used translator apps), they didn't get angry at her when she kept on ringing the bell, and accommodated her fussy eating habits by providing alternate meals. We had heard horror stories about nursing facilities especially during the Covid pandemic and were actually scared to have him transferred from the hospital. My husband needed a skilled nursing facility after his accident that required major surgery. I called numerous facilities and the majority of them had Covid patients (May, 2020).
