I stayed at Trellis for over three weeks and enjoyed the care received from everyone from nursing, administrators,therapy, kitchen and custodial staff. They made me feel like I was at a 5 Star spa. Should the need arise I will definitely return.

My mom was at Trellis after she broke femur. We did not know what to expect since this was the first time she was in a rehab facility. The facility is amazing and they treated her with such great care and compassion. We would like to thank the entire staff; the nurses, the PT team, Danica and Eric for going the extra step in providing such great care and kindness. Trellis is first class rehabilitation. This is a amazing brand new facility. The nursing staff is friendly and helpful. The food was like dinning at a restaurant. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable with nice views of outside. They even have a salon so my mom was able to get her hair cut, colored and a pedicure. Boy did that make her fell better after being in a hospital for 2 1/2 months. The PT/OT room is state of the art. Nicole was very nice and my mom had fun with her. Stop allowing students and employees to park in your parking lot in all of the front spots, including handicap spots & not using a handicap placard (after coming here for a while, you start to learn who's car is who's). When we come to visit my family member, I'm often unable to find any parking, including any handicap spots (I have a placard, and the cars in these spots never have one displayed). DO NOT TRUST THIS FACILITY WITH YOUR LOVED ONE. If your loved one needs professional medical care after a hospital stay, please think very carefully before choosing this facility. While the building looks nice and the rooms are private, that is where the positives end. In our experience, the medical oversight was deeply concerning. The physician refused to adjust treatment plans despite clear and ongoing signs of decline. Supervisor Ali is very rude & couldn't care less about the patients there. When asking simple questions he is snappy & has a very bad attitude. Not sure if he hates his job or if he just a grouchy man in general.

My mom stayed here after a hospital stay and while the facility is beautiful and the patients all have single rooms, there are issues with staffing. During my mom's stay she noted that care staff dug their knuckles in her back when she wouldn't move quick enough and they were not gentle with healing broken arm and hurt her while dressing. In addition, the case manager was not on top of my mom's case and doctor's orders for regular blood work was not adhered to and follow-up appointments were not scheduled in a timely manner.... read more

We chose this place for my mom after having her second bleeding stroke because of the look. It looks like a hotel and is very nice inside. But looks can be deceiving. My mom was there a week when we started getting phone calls telling us that they were no longer going to cover her care because she was not progressing. How in the hell can they make that decision within a week of being there I tell you??? She was laying on a matress that was soaked in urine due to their negligence with her catheter.
