Talking to a representative they pulled my credit offered me a 6% loan on my current vehicle for refinance. Then when it came to the loan itself they tried to offer a much higher rate that I'm currently at. I'm at an eight percent loan currently and then they try to offer a 12 or higher. Ultimately hurting your credit score with a hard pull which wasn't fully authorized either. Then trying to sweet talk you into a low rate which sounds nice but then when it comes to actually offering was much higher poor experience.
If I could give them a zero I would, my credit is perfect, and I fit in all categories for the refi, but they kept trying to approve a much higher rate than advertised with no more options. I ended up taking a hard pull on my credit which I have worked very hard to keep in great standing all to find out. It’s a scam. I agree with many other people on this review form credit karma needs to disassociate with this company.
Scam, they will pull your credit multiple times. I had mine pulled 5 times in span of a couple of hours. Had to put freeze on all three bureaus to stop it. No idea how many more pulls they would have done.
Advertised lower monthly payment but when all was said and done, the new monthly payment was HIGHER! This is unacceptable especially when I have a DISABILITY!!!
After seeing the rate I would get through credit karma I applied for a refinance loan. The offer I received from the loan officer was a lot more than I had anticipated. So I had to end getting a co-signer. After the fact it was rated lower but still not what was advertised. The loan officer took weeks to finalize the refinance and sent the funds late to the original lender resulting in me having to still pay the current loan at the time. Bait and switch scam, don't waste your time. Horrible customer service. Associate didn't have the information I requested or know how to find it.
I called and texted the agent back multiply times. I even asked if he could send me the approved contract but no emails, no texts, or call backs. But very thorough in running credit reports. Good job!
The person handling my loan process was good until he got his fees and then didn’t care to send the fund from new lender to old one. I was paying double interest for twice the amount of money I borrowed from lenders.
