This was the worst lending experience I have ever had. Six weeks in and no completion of loan. Continued to request more info with large gaps of time in between communication. Said I never signed my loan documents when I did and have proof.
I had a disappointing experience with Robby from Tresl while inquiring about refinancing my vehicle with PenFed (PLEASE look at reviews and ask questions to make an informed decision). His email communication was unprofessional and made me feel pressured rather than supported. Avoid to contact these scammers. Seriously this company is only pulling your credit and collecting your information. What they will offer you is going to be way worse than what you could currently have in loan terms. Don’t waste your time neither give them your information.
First of all, Tresl is not a finance company. They are a broker. So any advertised interest or auto finance terms are fake and it will change tge moment you apply. They will also do a hard inquiry the moment you submit your information. I was originally attracted by their very low interest rate for auto refinance. But once applied it changed completely. Hard credit pull to give me 2% higher interest then initial offer… I’m almost 800 credit score, what a predatory process. Only to be hung up on while talking to the loan specialist cause I had questions.
I worked with them to get a refinance on my car, took a hit for the credit check. I provided all documentation then with sporadic communication from my "agent" I received a email saying "sorry to hear you are withdrawing your application" When I reached out to the agent inquiring as to why, I received no response.

offered me a certain apr and term, then once I gave them all info they switched it up to much higher. Wasted a hard hit on my credit for nothing.
Got several calls I was approved the guy had a Colorado number would call at supper time I guess he did not know about the 2 hr time change I called back always got Voicemail never heard back DO NOT RECOMMEND …
