So I got approved on credit karma to lower my car pmt by at least 200 bucks and lower my interest rate by two points and strech my payment out, so downloaded all info and customer service called me back so it not only was a lie it was going be a higher rate than what i had through kia finance and they wanted me to add gap insurance which i didnt want and they couldnt go as many months as i asked. Disgusting lender that gives high approval odds only to deny you afterwards, like they're an information broker or something.
Tresl failed to gather basic information about my auto loan before marking a hard check against my credit report. They miscategorized my loan request as refinancing instead of a purchase, and failed to ask for a copy of the purchase agreement or whether the vehicle had a clean title. They all sent me a generic, ominous misleading email titled "notice of adverse action" blaming my credit score for the load being rejected, despite my score being north of 800. At least the rep was friendly. Overall, unprofessional.
Terrible! Don’t even think about using them Bait and switch on the rate. Ending up offering me no savings at all. The only thing they did is lower my credit score with their credit check. Credit Karma you should be ashamed to partner with them… but really all you’re about is making money off us. Two peas in a pod. Buyer beware!
I sent paperwork over for a refinance loan on my car, only to be told there was missing information, I wasn't told what informed was missing , I double checked the paperwork prior to sending it out via Fed-Ex, so like previously stated I'm at a loss as to what was missing . I applied for a loan refinance through Tresl after seeing an offer on Credit Karma, but the actual rate was much higher than advertised. The advisor was rude, dismissing the posted rates, and another advisor didn't even respond. I wouldn't recommend this company.
Financed a lease buyout with this company - nearly two months later, I still have no registration and cannot get in touch with anyone to help, despite assurances I’d hear back within 48 hours. They will call you nonstop to get you to sign, but once they have you, you’ll get no support. Beware!
Absolutely the worst financial institution I have ever dealt with. I Started this process two weeks ago. First I was told by Jefferson we would be done and signed by two Fridays ago, then Saturday, then Monday. Tuesday came, we signed, and rather than having me fix a signature that they needed fixed while I was already on the line with the notary, they wait until 20 minutes after to tell me I need to schedule yet another appointment to re-sign. Very misleading. You apply to a "lender", in this case a company called "Tresl" who is actually an agent for a third party who claims to be looking for a refinance loan on your behalf. I have equity in my car and wanted to reduce the number of total payments with a lower interest rate. Credit Karma claimed "outstanding" approval odds to reduce my APR by about 7%.
