I applied it took couple days to get a response to tell me no oh well.
I applied for a refinance on my vehicle because IFS said I had very good approval odds. After pulling 2 hard inquiries and damaging my credit even more they told me I'm not approved. Don't waste your time
I applied with the application. It took 3 days to be contacted via email. Mike took some more information and we were pre approved. He sent our application to a couple places and said he would be in touch within 24-48 hours. I never heard back from him, even after I send 2 emails. My score is a 630. In saying how rude and I wouldn't suggest doing business with these people.
IFS is a loan broker, they match you with a lender, do all the paperwork, and charge you a fee on top of the new loan.
I went through Credit Karma and got "pre-approval" through this company almost instantly. I know I have poor credit, so even getting pre approved was nice. I went through the whole application process, and got an email back within an hour of sending in the application just to get told, that my credit was too low to be approved to refinance my loan. I wish you did. It have to ready the FAQs or attempt to apply to find out they only finance certain years and mileage.
I applied. Was approved apparently. Received an email from a Samantha Purcell to contact her. Two calls and two emails later still not contact back from her. Decided to choose someone else. Other people have had this problem. Would not recommend.
So, I wanted to refinance my auto loan with this guys. I applied and was assigned 'account manager'. That manager never called me and sent me an e-mail week later. They offered me refinance but she included $1000 Gap insurance. When I said that I liked my APR but would like to remove Gap insurance I never heard back. I've seen many good reviews on this company and that is why I gave them a shot but maybe I was just not lucky with my account manager.
I went ahead and try this service due to the good review being shown under credit karma. I would like to say that the experience was less than what I have read. I was able to lower my interest rate and was provided with a good interest rate but the savings being saved due to the low interest rate were added to fees like a down payment and other services.
