IFS had a offer to refinance my vehicle at 3.49 percent with my credit score at 660. I applied and Alex tried to give me a loan of 11-13 percent. I currently have my Auto loan at 9 percent. I refused their false offer and it lowered my score because of their deceit.
DO NOT APPLY FOR THIS, trust me. save yourself the inquiry and the hassel. When i applied i didn't know that the lower you owe on the car the less likely you are to get approved because the bank is not going to see much return on their investment I have a good credit score, 720 equifax. The agent made promises he couldn't deliver and didn't even have the courtsey to follow up or respond to voicemails. I called several times to find out the status of my application. They must have deleted my other review, I'm going to keep on reposting every single day if I have to, I don't understand why credit karma recommend people who CAN NOT help you, this company NEVER called me on the phone , I received 3 emails and the 3rd one just was to tell me they couldn't help me, yeah after you sent my information to banks and because of all the inquires my credit score is shot, so much for trying to fix your credit, Thanks credit karma !!!
I applied after seeing this recommendation for several months... my credit score is above 700 yet they couldn't even give me the apr, that showed up on my reccomendation. Cost me a hard pull.... not happy
I got this recommendation through credit karma. I was excited cause of the potiental to reduce my rate and car payment. I appled, not oen called me I just got a generic email that they couldnt help me! WHY recommend soemthing give rates examples and mislead people. NOT happy with IFS at all!
I applied for an auto refinance loan and immmediatly received a pre-approval email asking me to call a loan officer directly. I called twice during the person's "office hours" and received no answer either time, but left a voicemail. No call back. Two days later I receive an automated email saying my loan could not be approved. Great. I was denied yesterday and I have a 593 fico
Althought I was denied credit, I keep getting paperwork from the company. I cannot understand why send papers when a loan has been denied.
Do not waste your time unless you have good credit or an awesome income.
