Had the opportunity to work with ****** ******* as a contractor at ********************. She is instantly responsive to questions and aid. It is not unusual when dealing with a manager to feel you are "the bad guy" without recourse. ****** not only listens to your considerations but discusses both sides of the problem with her *** members. You have the feeling when dealing with ****** that compromise is possible and you will not be thrown under the bus. I have to brag on Triad! ********************* was extremely helpful and nice to me. He is helping me with getting things back on track due to getting behind. He listened to me and cared about what I had to say. I was very upset, but it is nice when you truly are struggling that there are places that care and want to help you out.

I would like to apologize to Triad in leaving such a negative review. I had misunderstood something. After talking to *************************** he helped me to understand process. I will definitely be referring Triad to others. Sometimes things may not happen as quick as we want, but I now understand Triads process alot better. I am a first time home buyer so I don't know process. Thank you again ***** and Triad!!

I find it disgusting that businesses like this are allowed to exist. You are already making money hand over fist on interstate rate payments and still you choose to charge processing fees for customers to make online payments. I hope $7 processing fees are not so detrimental to business that it's the only thing keeping you afloat. I'm ashamed that our government allows such predatory practices to exist. It really goes to show that nobody in the government cares enough about the people to make things like this illegal. U.S.A.... read more

Trying to get my loan refinanced I have been trying for two months and Im getting the runaround. Im not getting any calls back as promisedI guess they want to make as much money off of me as they can with such the high interest rate!!! The gentleman I spoke to his name is ***** (not a class act) I even called again today and asked to speak with a supervisor which day would not allow that they said they would pass it on and have somebody call me back we shall see!!!
