I would like to apologize to Triad in leaving such a negative review. I had misunderstood something. After talking to *************************** he helped me to understand process. I will definitely be referring Triad to others. Sometimes things may not happen as quick as we want, but I now understand Triads process alot better. Absolutely NO STARTS for this company!! Triad was recommended to my buyer by a 3rd party. As the seller, we received our closing documents yesterday with instructions to have our signatures notarized, but not to date anything as the closing would not be effective until Monday, and the closing coordinator would date the documents. That didnt sit quite right with us, but we took the documents to a notary anyway. As expected, the notary told us this practice is Illegal. **************** is rude, they talk over you, they threaten you, I have not received nor can I access my account online. I get different reasons why I cant see my account online. I am not getting statements because I opted out for paper statements. Avoid these people at all cost.
