I have to brag on Triad! ********************* was extremely helpful and nice to me. He is helping me with getting things back on track due to getting behind. He listened to me and cared about what I had to say. I was very upset, but it is nice when you truly are struggling that there are places that care and want to help you out.

I would like to apologize to Triad in leaving such a negative review. I had misunderstood something. After talking to *************************** he helped me to understand process. I will definitely be referring Triad to others. Sometimes things may not happen as quick as we want, but I now understand Triads process alot better. I am a first time home buyer so I don't know process. Thank you again ***** and Triad!!

****************. I was off work for 6 months on medical leave and fell behind. The only thing they offered me was to pay $7000, $3000 of that was lawyer fees, and to put me on a payment plan changing my monthly note from $922 to $1629.27!!!! Thats a trap because if a customer is already having hardships why would you almost double their payment??? Got a letter from the lawyer saying I was 2 months behind on the installment they put me on and to send the payments before the sale date to stop foreclosure, which I did, and the... read more

They will not allow humans to talk to you. Nine of their locations has humans working there. Thier message is WE ARE IN A TEAM MEETING. PLEASE CALL BACK AT 230. AT 230 WE ARE CLOSED. YOU WILL GO INSANE TRYING TO GET THROUGH. TO *******, IL OR CA. THEY ALL SHARE THE SAME VOICEMAIL LOOP. IF YOU PICK AN EXTENSION YOU'LL GET DISCONNECTED. ITS HORRIBLE

As a seller this is the absolute worse company ever, couldnt get their paperwork on time had to cancel closing 12/11 until 12/18 rescheduling they held payment for over a week when they finally did close. Required more paperwork after closing so they must mishandle paperwork. As of today 12/26 STILL no money and buyer moving into the house. With me out of state this is such a mess. Would NEVER recommend this business to anyone. Horrible business practices. No consideration of seller
