I will definitely be referring Triad to others. Sometimes things may not happen as quick as we want, but I now understand Triads process alot better. Fell behind due to medical emergencies and layoffs from work also did not have a functioning car because the car was in the shop 3 almost 4 months we are currently trying to sell the house and we have tried many times to get the actual pay off balance number but triad refuses to give us the pay off balance of the house which is a single wide manufactured home built in 2024.

Buyers bought my mobile home I had for sale and went through Triad for financing. Here we are, almost 4 weeks out this weekend and my check has still not been mailed for my proceeds in selling the home.
