I had a very HORRIBLE experience with pre owned trophy Nissan. I was completely lied to from the finance department by a man named Ivan green. They let me walk out with the vehicle I purchased, and a contract I signed. Then 2 days later they start texting me harassing me stating they did not have all of the information they needed in order for my loan to get approved on the vehicle. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE! Trophy Nissan makes it perfectly clear that they do not care about their customers or your business if you question any of their vehicle prices. So if your the type of person that pays a elevated MSRP price, wants below fair market trade for your trade-in and believes everything your salesman tells you then your the PERFECT customer for this dealership. Everyone else that wants real customer service and to not get ripped off go to McGavock Nissan in Rockwall

The service department clearly is the achilles' heel of this dealership. They fail to take any accountability or ownership, and have questionable practices. Trophy sold me a "new" 2020 altima and 14,000 mi later, the brakes have messed up. One nissan dealership told me they were non factory parts, which trophy acknowledged they sometimes use. However, they now claim the parts are nissan, but for the maxima, and will not cover their mistake under warranty. Instead they suggest that some thief must have stolen the altima parts... read more

I'm writing this because of overall experience and false expectations about the extending warranty. I bought my Nissan cert. car at this location in Feb 2020 and the buying experience was good as buying a car can be. Towards the end of the buying experience you eventually speak with a person that handles the down payment on the vehicle and about extending the warranty on the vehicle. I got approved at the moment drove off happy with a car 3 days later i get a call that i wasnt approved and had to take the car back. Luis the "sales director" didn't even apologize about anything he didn't even want to come out to speak to me about anything! Over all the worst experience! I would not recommend trophy to any friends or family i was even embarrassed to walk in and give the keys!

I would like to give a 0 rating. But since that is not possible, I guess 1 will have to suffice. I had an appointment to take my car to the dealership on Monday, July 26th. When I got there, I was a promptly greeted. When I told the service associate about my concern, I was told that they would have to run a diagnostic which could take 24-48 hours. When not financing through them I was treated very rudely and like a non-customer. They were not cooperative with the financial institution that I chose. The funding was guarantee by the bank however they refused to accept funds digitally and actually required a paper check before releasing the vehicle. When previously buying a vehicle from other dealers this has never been an issue.

Update: I've had my vehicle for two days and the key fob battery already died. On top of that the ceiling of the car is coming off!!! It's on the passenger side even though I've had no passengers in the vehicle until today, who pointed it out. Once again very disappointed. Definitely not worth the money I paid in cash!

When I was contacted about my original review and asked how to fix the issue, no solution was originally offered, it was left up to me to let yall know how to fix the issue. Nothing I proposed was accepted and eventually it was suggested that we give the car back and dissolve the whole deal.
