Update: Had my car picked up yesterday to be taken to the service center and this is my second time using this Center. The first time the wait was extremely long, but the customer service was okay. I was thinking about really using this service center in order to continue to have my car service when needed but after they picked up my car yesterday to be serviced, in-which I made an appointment way ahead of time and my appointment time was schedule for 8am yesterday morning. Trophy Nissan servise. Scheduled 50000 mile basic service on their online scheduling service. I entered my phone number, which took me to my vehicle - a titan xd. The. Service option for titan xd came up. I chose the 50000 basic service, which was oil change and tire rotation. The price quoted in writing online was 69.99. However, when i arrived, the price went up to 113.00 because the 69.99 was for the smaller vehicles. They said it was an "internet glitch". I purchased a used vehicle from Trophy that they advertised as "Nissan Certified". Days later, I was contacted by my salesperson, Andrew, informing me that the vehicle had not even completed the "Nissan Certified" inspection process. I returned the vehicle to complete the certification. During the process, Andrew and management admitted to me they messed up and if I would "provide a receipt" for an oil change I completed on the car, Trophy would reimburse me. When purchasing a used vehicle they say "buyer beware". I found this to be extremely true of the vehicle I purchased from Trophy Nissan. Bought a 2009 Escape on Dec. 30. It was raining so we were unable to see that it was leaking fluid. 3 days later, when the rain stopped, we discovered it was leaking transmission fluid. Upon contacting the dealership they denied knowing that it was leaking, yet the mechanics had gotten under the car to change the oil. I had to come here to get my car fixed after someone didn't yield and I T-boned them. I figured, going to a Nissan shop, they'd take care of it. Not only did I have to take it back 3 times, but I am still finding things wrong with the work they did and I can't get it fixed because I am past my "warranty" time. The wreck was not my fault and you could tell I obviously take good care of my car. So naturally, I wanted it back that way. I don't know who they have back there working on cars, but they suck. Do not go here.
If I could give negative stars, I would. Terrible customer service in both the sales side and the service side. My family has bought at least 5 vehicles from this place, and I can assure you that will not happen again. Avoid like the plague.
I had an appointment with Armando for 700 am. He told me to get here a little early if I could so he could "take care of me". I got to the dealership 30 minutes early and then got put in a line with other people who also claimed to have appointments. I asked employees about me appointment time, and they said you'll just have to wait. If you have people set appointments, honor them. We pad 500.00 more than internet price we didn't say anything because it was taking longer than it should have. We were also prequalified threw Capital One but besides them they also went threw other lenders and hit my credit report multiple times!!! Totally agree with all of the reviews I have terrible buyers remorse on the Nissan Rogue I bought. It had close to 30,000 mi on it I really think this car had been flooded when it gets hot I can smell mildew have never been able to figure out where it's coming from in the vehicle. The airbag light has been on for a year for some reason the clueless service department can't seem to tell me if the extended warranty covers my vehicle or not.
