Very Poor I was locked out of my room before checking out and it was before 11 am. I had to seek out a housekeeper to unlock my room so I could gather my belongings. There was no extra blanket, only 2 sheets and a bedspread. I had to call several times and eventually went downstairs to request a blanket. It was a chilly night, therefore, I needed more blankets. The valet parking was super long to get our car, 45 minutes.

Staff was great however the hotel itself was dingy and rundown Room was dated, peeling wallpaper, not thoroughly cleaned. Smoke smell was too much. Restaurants

Disappointing It was not very clean and was very Smokey in the non smoking section. The whole casino smelled like smoke There was a lot to do and it was close to the hook which was nice

Fair That you couldn’t find where you were going, and nobody could tell you anything it was very chaotic not no one where to go It was very beautiful and kept clean

Did NOT get the room booked and paid for. I reserved and paid for a North Deluxe Room, 1 King Non Smoking. When we checked in, the room was not what I had booked. It was a level down. It was a false advertisement. The room could have provided with tooth brushes and tooth paste but non of that were provided. It had a partial ocean view.

Bad Chelsea tower room was so far from everything and just gross. Walls/ceiling leaking, dusty old carpet, peeling wallpaper

Fair Found a live roach in our room on day 1. We were offered to be moved to a different room with a King bed instead of the 2 queen beds that we booked. The manager at the front desk offered to provide a cot in the room (the cot was never provided) and $50 food and beverage voucher. That's it. Completely unacceptable but we had no choice but to accept it. Housekeeping Staff was very polite and helpful.
