Rooms are bad- pools are worse but Quarter is very nice. the West Tower should be demolished. Felt like 1950s boyscout camp but scouts had better beds and dressers. Quarter

smoking room ask for non smoking and both beds had mode on bed sheets and pillow cases the room that they gave me was a smoking room and i asked for a non smoking room both beds had mode on the sheets and pillows cases the air wasn’t working called downstairs they had me on hold for 2 hrs

Will not return ever! It was filthy. Air coming out of the faucet that then went to brown water. Absolutely no water pressure. Beat up furniture in the room. No pictures on the walls. Brown and orange walls. So depressing! Nothing

Stressful Dirty room. Splashes of god knows what on mirrors.. mold or old dirt on the floor baseboards every point of the room. Mold in bathroom. Bad I booked 2 rooms, one was very smelly, Marijuana, the toilet had urine and toilet paper. Called room service, they took care of it but the impression was made. Later, found out the shower only had scalding hot water in of the rooms, the other the water was just dripping, now I have stayed at your hotel before and I loved it but this time was a disappointment. I just liked the esthetic of the hotel.

Disappointing We stayed in the Chelsea Tower. It was very far from the parking garage and a little difficult to navigate to. Only one of the elevators was working in that section most of the time. Though clean, the rooms were outdated and needed an upgrade badly. Also, the air conditioner doesn’t go below 68° in the room and it clicked all night long. I’ve stayed in the Tropicana before and had a nice experience, this was not the best. I love that the Tropicana has everything you need in one place!
