Disappointed with the service. I've travelled to Atlantic City over 30years and never saw anything like this in my l Long walks to everything, no traditional concierge, just a robot on an app!!! The resort is self was beautiful. I just wish the showers were a little bit better. The only problem and it’s the biggest problem was the shower. The showerhead was very weak and took longer than expected to clean myself to fill up. The tub was pointless because the handle to lock the tub broke because it was rusted and the lights in the bathroom especially the one for the shower looked very old and not bright. The bed, the lobby the restaurants were all beautiful and clean

The bathroom was dirty, garage was not secure our carwas broken into. No one helped us. Security w Our car was broken into, stuff taken. Security was no help eventhough we paid for parking Close to the beach

Horrible and disappointing Total hospitality was a shame Checked in at 8:30pm they didn’t bring our luggage till 11pm . I had to go down twice with only towel on my body and yelled before they finally got someone to bring it and that was 12:30am the following day. The room we had the air conditioning was not working it was extremely stuffed and hot. All efforts to have them fix or change room didn’t happen till the following day 11am

Just ok it was my 32 wedding anniversary It was dirty. My room had a leak in the bathroom that was all over the floor. We told them and no one came to fix it. Then I the morning my husband got a shower and it filled up with water and wouldn’t drain. The cover on the bed was visibly stained. We went to the desk and they did eventually give us a different room but half my stay was really awful. All the pools were closed. It was at the beach
