I will never stay here again. My room was disgustingly nasty. Do not stay here. There was a plastic bag over the fire alarm and the room was dirty and the hallways were worse. I didn't really like the property.

Poor Their was no rugs on the floor ,the shower pressure is to strong,'all day and night elevator noise .it appears that staff kept banging on the walls or the room from next door the west wing is too confusing to get too The high floor

The stay was okay, just overpriced and got hidden fees that I did not expect. Staff was great as always Out dated, overpriced, got charged more than originally stated The staff kept it clean

Tropicana Well unfortunately, this had to be one of the worst rooms I've ever stayed in and coming from Tropicana. I was very surprised chipped paint the floors was dirty old coffee pods in the coffee pot sheets with stage on. I alway pick tropicana. For well over 23 year alway clean room are very nice

Very unhappy However, the other staff (bartender and hostess of pf chungs. was rude and seemed to have an attitude. A young lady at the aunt millies who worked the early morning shift was also very rude same attitude. Our room was mediocre and the phone didn't work, was smelly and had a used toilet tissue roll upon arrival.
