Teleurstellend We kregen 2 kamers waar van alles mee mis was. Op de ene kamer was geen water in de badkamer, op de andere kamer was het doortreksysteem van het toilet kapot. Het lukte niet telefonisch contact te leggen en aan de frontdesk zeiden ze dat het toilet binnen 15 minuten zou worden gemaakt. Na een klacht in de ochtend dat er niks gebeurd was zei men dat geen melding gevonden kon worden. Bar slecht Na onze ervaring niks.

Fair I had a bathroom full of someone else's hair , like 10 or more I called to have it cleaned upon arrival and no one showed up, I made a video as well cause I wasn't trying to be a stickler but it was alot. It was beautiful atmosphere

Bad Elevator does not work stuck for 35 minutes, also took steps from 46th floor to 30 th floor only to find they run out!!!!! God forbid there be a fire Location, restaurants

Most awful horrendous stay I have ever had in a hotel The room was awful! There was a huge dark spot in the middle of the bed, the bathroom light didn’t work and the pillows did not fit the size of the bed. The floors were clearly not cleaned. I had to use my own wipes to clean the areas we walked in. Since that is all I had. I tried to inform the front desk. Some brought two more pillows and got mad when I asked for one more.
