Decent location, good dining options, staff and rooms need mentoring. Non smoking room reeked of smoke, like it was above the smoking allowed part of the casino. Carpet was filthy, not a pen or pencil to be found in the room. No microwave, couldn't reach a live human when trying to call the front desk. Additionally, debit card was charged instead of credit card when led to believe entire room was paid for by the booking.com reservation. The location was decent

The elevator did not go to the fourth floor for the parking garage and the fourth stairwell did not have a handle in the Nothing Nothing

Respectfully I do not think I would stay here again. They put me in a room the first night where we got absolutely no sleep at all because all we heard was the clanking of the elevators.Did not get a king bed or a smoking room. Was told I needed to bee there at 8 am to get the room I requested Was close to the beach.

I have had better stays with Tropicana but that was like 7 years ago. My room window was so dirty and yellow stained you couldn’t see out of it even though we was facing a parking area. The bathroom toilet is so low. They don’t leave an extra roll of toilet paper in the bathroom just in case only the little bit that’s on the roll. Need more signs for directions through the hotel. I was in the south tower and my daughter and grandchildren were in the west tower and walking around looking up isn’t good for elder adults. My bed... read more
