My first time experiencing this hotel was horrible. We didn’t get the room we wanted. Was on hold for 25 minutes while in the hotel waiting to talk to somebody. The water leaked all day and night so that was annoying. Ice machine was broken in our floor so had to travel to other floors N/A

A dog shouldn’t stay here The hotel is disgusting. Even the famous guest came and said the whole hotel was disgusting. The bed didn’t have proper linen. The room smelled and looked horrendous. The bathroom was worst. Everything about the room was horrible. Old and broken down furniture. We checked out early. Expressed what we experienced in the room. No apology was extended no refund. Nothing. I do not recommend anyone staying there! The property was nice to look at. The hotel was absolutely disgusting.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! EVERYTHING!!! Our experience was horrific. Everything was broken in our room, the a/c, fridge, and tv. We couldn't get anyone to help us. No one would answer any of the extensions we called. Will never book there again. We were there less than 20 hours and had to cut our vacation short!

One night. Thank God I booked a king size I was given a two queen bed. Places was dirty . Elevators were not working . Place was not adequate for the price I paid. I will not be staying here . I go often to Atlantic City . Ding like anything. . Parking smelled urine everywhere . Bad place

Fair No one seemed to know how to get to the parking garage. Spent 30 minutes getting bad directions the quarter area was really nice

Not A Visit For Me, Waste of time and money The outside stinks. The casino took $4500.00 with no money being paid out. I walked around to look at other's players' machines, and the highest amount I saw on one was $1500.00. No one in the casino seemed happy. The board walk was empty. The area looks like it's struggling for business. More homeless than tourists. The drinks were good, when you could get one. The boogie night nightclub was a plus. The crab restaurant was delicious.
