I was not saying with my stay I didn’t like the room style, the carpet smelled like urine and old as well as sheets, the bed frame was broke and the sofa chair was small and old, I asked to switch my room due to not being room I requested and the manager did not help with the situation I was not satisfied at all and the leaving process to the garage was insane it took 1 hour to use elevator to parking garage exit the line was long and only two elevator was working when it was four in site. The location was great

Very Poor The room. It was dirty and the bed was awful to sleep on. The food and the casino

I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN! The rooms were dirty and the staff did not clean the rooms daily. The vcommkn areas smelled of mold. Nothing

Fair No toothbrush and couple little stuff missing from the bathroom No wedding machine to offer people if they want water or etc The phone wasn’t work we can’t reach out the room service or etc

Great price for an AC resort, but you get what you pay for. The parking garage was awful. Confusing to navigate. Elevators in garage and resort took forever, so we chose to take stairs. Entered the wrong stairwell in the parking garage at first because signage was lacking. After a few flights, we exited that stairwell and found the correct one. All stairwells were filthy. My stay was unpleasant and not up to my standards. The West Tower building and rooms. It needs to be updated. The floors and room are worn with chipped paint and dust. My 1st room had dust all around the edges of the carpet, on the furniture and refrigerator. I wiped off the furniture but noticed after wiping the refrigerator it came right back. After wiping down the bathroom , I noticed all of the towels/wash cloths were on top of the sink. There wasn’t anywhere else to put them. Not to mention there was no where to hang th... read more
