OK, but not leisure the way we expected and went over there for to be in the pool and relax as a family Website this pool open seven days a week Paul was not open at all only on the weekends false advertisement. I took my kids there to get in the pool and was not allowed to be in the pool at all waste of my time. I like to convenience of the stores

Probably best to consider a different resort This is the Atlantic City version of circus circus, it's dirty, it needs renovations and needs more staff. The staff were friendly and helpful, but there was not nearly enough staff.

Bad I couldn’t get into my room until an hour and a half after check-in time because it wasn’t cleaned. The front lady at the desk was very rude and did not want to answer. No questions. Just wanted to say her opinion told me that the room is not ready yet when I was checking in at 3:55 then I asked her can you give me the keys for the room and she told me you’ll get a text message and tried to push me away as soon as possible Very very rude

For money I paid the room could have been nicer Having to pay for parking while staying at the hotel. We paid $260 for a night and had to pay to park. Then we get charged an additional Resort fee on top of all the other fees when I booked the Room. Not very happy about that. Trying get get an elevator to leave for check out was ridiculous. It took us 1/2hour to get down stairs. Casino had everything to offer for food and entertainment

Never will stay there again The Kiosk did not work to get into the room. Why give a reservation number and it’s not the correct number. Had to walk all the way to the desk down stairs to get checked in. And it shouldn’t matter how you booked the room, as a business knowing that someone is staying at your place of business, it’s Tropicana’s responsibility to make sure everything runs smoothly from the time the reservation is made.
