It was just ok The parking garage It was nice but the mayor stinks you can’t find anything and there’s never any employees around to ask the maps don’t help

Only 2 things good about the Tropicana were the gym and the variety and quality of the restaurants Resort fee yet only amenity was Accra to the gym All pools were closed Personal checking us in was disdainful because in her words “we only booked a basic room” Elevators were out the second morning, had to walk down several flights of stairs where we encountered disgusting conditions including human feces. Garbage everywhere, obviously people living in them Location on the Boardwalk Variety of restaurants Most of staff

Never go there again The refrigerator did not work the housekeeping came twice but they're going to try to charge me for them coming for 4 days trying to charge me to fix the refrigerator when the refrigerator wasn't working in the first place I went to the front desk and they were so rude to me especially there's one lady she was so rude I wasn't rude I was being nice and she was so rude the days that the housekeeper later did came I was in the room I asked her to change the bedding in the towel she changed the towels but s... read more

It was very nice room was clean food is excellent always. But just a problem with the cleaning crew. Not sure y they nev Well I didn’t like that the staff didn’t and never clean my room since we were there, no clean towels clean sheets on the bed. This is the 3rd time we coming there and it’s the same thing no cleaning etc. there was no sign on the door to say do not disturb etc. It was nice. Beautiful

Just ok.. I’ve been to AC multiple times and always stay here but this time there was some things that bothered me.. the vending machine on my floor ate my credit card when I tried to get a soda.. front desk said I had to call the number on the machine that ‘they don’t deal with it’ and the number was a company in Texas. So I blocked and cancelled my card because I was getting nowhere. I was without my card for my stay which was really inconvenient.
