Bad Very large and hard to navigate with luggage, I was supposed to stay in the Chelsea towers and got put in the Southwest towers. It just wasn't what it was supposed to be ir expected and hotel staff was not helpful for anything. Lots of stores and options but too large to navigate with luggage and trying to stay there.

My day was great fun people offers almost made it a nightmare The front office people were very remained as I spoke to the lady because I made three reservations and two of them got canceled. There was one that would pay for she made it a thing to not know what she was doing, then comes back with a whole attitude in front of my child Then tells me that I will get a text when my room is ready when it is 354 and check-in is at four and my room wasn’t ready until I walked back down at 5 PM

Poor The room was not clean, it didn’t smell clean, the air conditioning did not work, the tv didn’t work, only 1 elevator was working on my floor, very long lines to get to elevators Convenient location
