The stay was just ok. I didn’t like the room, the hotel hallway smelled stinky by the elevator! The elevator was slow and had to wait 10 minutes to get on the elevator. Let me not forget paying $30 each day for parking and on the last day I get a paper and say that I can come in and out for free. Just the location from downtown

I can’t believe security guards with throw a 95 pound woman on the ground for doing nothing but asking what was happenin My fiancé and I got in a verbal argument. We both took time to settle down. He left his key in the room and asked security to let him in. He believed I was still taking a walk and I wasn’t in the room. Tropicana hotel stay The room in Chelsea Tower was dated. The bathroom was not completely clean. There was no TV channel information or any information . There was nobody cleaning the room. I had to text the virtual concierge to get new bath towels. I was very disappointed with the accommodations for the money spent. Restaurants were good.

too pricey the room was out of date, too far away from everything. couldn't find the pool. staff were grumpy. overall definitely not worth what I spent the Chelsea 5 restaurant was amazing.
