Not worth the price The room was too hot. We called twice to the front desk and maintenance to please come lower the temperature. They finally came at 1am. The tv did not work. The front desk said it was a Comcast issue. Upon checkout the elevators are impossible to get going down. At one point the line for the elevator was down the hall of our floor. After 40 minutes of waiting we had to walk down the stairs from the 48th floor, with our bags! Nightmare! Beautiful right on the boardwalk. Comedy show in the hotel

From checking in with Alma was terrible. Room was not clean toilet seat was dirty. Floor was sticky. When leaving the fa front desk lady Alma attitude was terrible. Argument with me because I reserved a king bed room but they did not have none and force me to take a doble queen bed room. Like if it was my fault they book my room to some one else. Then she said it was booking fault plus never accumulated me for there mistake. All the things to do at the location.

lousy all around. Felt like i was ripped off not very clean and very outdated. bad room service. to far of a walk to and from everything. Stayed at the Chelsea wing. Never again for me. Over priced and slots were horrible. spent over 1000.00 dollars in a two day stay and the bonuses were minimal not much at all

Not comfortable Light didn’t work in room, 3332. Stained towels. Room was too hot, air didn’t work. Only two elevators worked in west tower. Only tw elevators worked for parking garage. Breakfast was good.

exhausting The chelsea tower felt like we were transported back to the 1970’s. The rooms were outdated and poorly up kept. The walk to the casino was my 13th reason. The walk to the car was even more painful. We waited 30 min for the elevator this morning to get to our car. I’m tired. Thnx Night life and dining options are great.
