Stressful The hotel is very big. If you self park then try to find your room you get lost. The maps on the walls don’t tell you where you are at the moment. You don’t get a map to directly find your room. It took us over an hour to find parking then our building then our room. It needs more staff & guidance. Also the hotel is old and outdated. The room was clean.

After all these years I was so disappointed Too spread out We understood the casino area but to get to our room even though I requested a handicapped room nothing was close and the security people were rude and very dismissive since we knew nothing about directions. What was the wort is almost everything smelled like cigarettes even our room(smoke free was requested). We had no hot water for showers, we had left over food that went bad because the refrigerator was not working well and the alarm clock was set to go off at 12 ... read more

The room was old & outdated, very expensive, no staff to help, it was not worth $360 a night. The room was old and outdated. I stayed in the Chelsea Tower. It was far from everything (room 1101 on the 11th floor). They didn't have any staff around to help you. The room was very expensive $360 for one night. I liked the food. The restaurants were good.
