Great place the hotel people were nice the casino security is really overly aggressive The security guard was really over aggressive in younger than 21 I know that but the way he questioned me was out of hand me and my girlfriend had our bags obviously walking to our room where else are we going It was a nice facility

The only thing I liked about the Tropicana was that they had different things to do and different places to eat. What I What I didn’t like about the property was that I found 2 roaches in my hotel room. What I liked about the property was that they had multiple things to do.

Fair Heater for the room was incredibly noisy made it very difficult to stay asleep. Staff was friendly.

TROPICANA no more 4 me My room was 3miles away from the Check in on another building on the 18 fl across from the CLEANER SUPLIES. .I t was a good thing I requested from a not too willingly staff to help me with my suitcases.In my room I found out the alarm radio was broken.no microwave ,the iron was defective, the supplies for the coffee maker taste like it been there for years. Fair It was homeless people on the floor I went to security and complained about the lady with the crack pipe in the hall The fact that the Market place stays open was the best

My stay was unpleasant and not worth it. Upon arrival as im checking in with the attendant she starting indicating all these fees like parking was 30 because of MLK day. When i did my booking online I made sure there were no hiddens fees upon agreeing to stay at the Tropicana. (Please see attachment) and it stated all the fees to be included in price as FINAL price I would pay. So i accepted.
