Disappointing This is our second time staying here because we had a conference. We would not stay here for any other reason. The hallways smell like weed, the rooms are loud, you can hear everyone's conversations in other rooms. The casino itself smells like crusty smoke and dirty people. We will not stay here again. The staff at check in was very kind.

Poor On Friday, January 31, 2025, I arrived to Tropicana to check in. Upon my arrival, my friends and I went to check in. Upon checking in we stated to them, we have been calling over the last 2 days to try and get our rooms in the same tower and preferably connecting rooms, however we received no help via phone and figured we will address it upon our arrival. I book 2x a year here but this time i was not happy. And felt like no one took care of the situation After my boyfriend fell off the accessible chair and i let the front staff know they only took off 50 dollars and I asked for someone to come change my sheets and that never happened I love the convenience of everything in the hotel

I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone! We had a room reserved at a low price from booking, and the clerk at the front desk tricked us into upgrading to a suite , but she didn’t explain the total amount we had to pay . When we checked the bank debits we saw that they had charged us 199.00 extra for the upgrade ! The amount we got the room for on booking was only $137. Including all taxes and hotel fees. When we asked the clerk the next day about the charges all she said was that that’s the way it is for upgrades.!!!!

Horrible stay won’t stay there again Room was aweful asked for king size bed and gave me two queens and also beds were horrible made so much noise bathroom had a major water leak which I fell in bathroom I told them and they didn’t do nothing Nothing
