Getaway weekend disappointment In the room we stayed in, in Chelsea Tower, was extremely outdated. We were fine with that- it is what it is. We don't need it to look like 2025, but compared to other rooms, it looked like the 90s. I hope they're upgrading soon because the amenities in the room were questionable. No outlets near bed to plug in phones. The area to plug in the phone was on the opposite wall from the bed. Disappointed The view was not good, the room was cool and we couldn't turn up the heat. After informing front desk, no one came to fix heater. The lighting was too dim and couldn't brighten up the room. No ice could be found within 3 floors. The food at the restaurants was great

Horrible never again Dirty our room had blood on the wall our ac didn’t work we were sweating in the room called for service nothing was done Nothing we had a horrible experience

Never again !! The hallways were dirty with trash and the carpet was dirty and stained. The furniture in the room was dirty old and stained the heat, barely worked in the room.No comforter on the bed, just a sheet and a blanket. It was a very cold night. NOTHING!!!!!
