Not again The room was out dated. The lights turned on and off on their own. My room was next to the elevator and all you would hear is the door banging on the walls. When I asked to change rooms I was told it would cost me an extra $80 a night. Staff was not helpful at all. The coffee machine in the room didn’t work. Centrally located. Nice view.

Fair Staff was very rude and gave issues about giving another towel and wash clothes. We only had 1 wash clothes and 1 towel Easy check in

Fair The Chelsea tower where we were put was old,dingy smelled terrible and needs a complete update. I will never stay there again. We have stayed at the Tropicana before and have never been put on that side . It definitely was a learning experience and now we know. The casino was nice, lots of shops and restaurants inside. Arcade for the kids.

Beautiful resort, AWFUL Chelsea Tower rooms! I did not like the room in the Chelsea tower AT ALL! First of all it's a pretty far walk from anything else in the resort, like it's hidden away from everything else, but it is definitely NOT a hidden gem. Got off the elevator to a dark and dank hallway that is 90% Brown. There were bags of garbage and laundry all throughout the hallway. It was a very relaxing way to get away from the hassles of home. I didn’t like that there was such a small selection to chose from in regards to the television in my room. I wasn’t able to access any apps on the tv so that made it a little boring when I was in my room. There was also no microwave but a fridge. I would’ve liked a microwave to heat up my coffee or any leftovers I had saved from lunch and dinner.

Would stay in a different tower. Spent a lot of money on a suite in the west tower. Walked off the elevator and it smelled like urine. Went into the room and the smell was horrible. Switch to another floor. Banging all night and the sheet and pillows smelled like throw up. Terrible.
