Quick Get Away for the Win! The bed/mattress is not comfortable. Love this property. Rooms need a facelift and the mattresses are terribly uncomfortable. We never sleep well. Restaurants, sports bars, activities, and design of lobby. The proximity to concerts and other venues was awesome! Easy to access ride share.

Bad We wasn’t able to sleep at all because the room next door had a dog whom was barking and crying all night, called the front office and they wasn’t able to accommodate us with another room. I can’t really express because we didn’t get to sleep

Bad It was not safe. We stayed in the West Tower. There was a fight outside of our room, a separate group that partied until 4 am the room right next to us brought in 2 hookers until 4 am. It was awful. The rooms don’t have white noise and you could hear everything. When we tried to use the phone in the room for security and Front Desk it did not work.

Nice stay , except for the heating problem Turned heat on , heat would not shut off. Called to complain and they sent Maintenance to the room,he shut heat off and then we only had air conditioning, I shut unit off, my wife got cold

Disappointing I didn't like having a room with a door that directly connects to another room. The central heating and air system was inoperable. It made my stay extremely uncomfortable 🥵 As always I love the cleanliness of the room, the size and it's amenities.

Awful Dirty, smoking inside the hotel and in some rooms. Hidden fees upon arrival. Other guests were very loud and it was hard to sleep. Staff was not helpful and looked at you like you lost your mind anytime you asked a question. Location was nice and there was a lot to do.
