I completely overpaid! The motel across the street was $50 and room looked the exact same! Sad Room was like a CHEAP motel room! For what I paid I expected a little more class. The worst room I stayed in inside that building!!!! Tons of food, drink and entertainment options available

Fair The carpet it our room and in the hallway were dirty. The ice machine on our floor didn't work. The hair dryer in our room didn't work. There were some party decorations in our room from the last guests. It just felt a little outdated I liked that the parking was easy as soon as we figured it out. The main areas of the hotel were clean and there was plenty to do and places to eat

Fair The large size of the casino. Difficult to find the room. Lots of smoke areas. The staff was helpful. The room was large. The view was nice from the room.

Fair They charge my credit card on sept 21st $121.58 Then they charge my bank account sept 20th $189.34 So I was charged a total of $310.92 for a one night stay at the Tropicana this is not acceptable
