It's not a hotel for a non-smoke person. I requested a room for a non-smoke person, but the people in the room beside mine smoke a lot, so I didn’t give peace during my stay on this hotel. Nothing, expensive and the worst experience that I never had before.

Fair OLD, OLD, OLD…NO automatic entry/exit doors on the entire building, furniture in rooms, ROACHES EWWWWW. NEVER AGAIN!!!! The amount of restaurant selections and stores.

Fair Never had housekeeping clean our room or even ask if we needed anything. None of staff made eye contact or greet us in hallways. Trash on carpet when we checked in was still there when we checked out.

Enjoyed everything EXCEPT the room which was horrible. Our room, supposedly in the best tower, the South Tower, was abysmal. It had filthy carpets, a terribly uncomfortable bed, and an awful bathroom. Our friends stayed in the Chelsea Tower and had a much nicer and cleaner room with a HUGE bathroom at LESS MONEY! The carpets in the hallways of the South Tower were absolutely filthy too. The casino and retail / restaurants areas are absolutely beautiful and enjoyable.

Everyone was nice and we enjoyed our stay Got a room with view and windows were so dirty you might as well not. The floor in our handicap bathroom was so unlevel it was hard to keep balanced when you have vertigo and to use walker it scared my elderly mother. The elevator were noisy all night because the music by them, kept waking us up. They could have better maps to get around Close to beach and casino’s . Our room was convenient to get to. Die Zeit von Atlantic City ist vorbei... UNSAUBER... Das Hotel, die Zimmer und die Umgebung sind total unsauber. Die Zimmerausstattung ist in die Jahre gekommen und müssten dringend mal saniert werden. Es scheint als wenn die Zet von Atlantic City vorbei ist. Wir zumindest waren das letzte Mal dort. Man fühlt sich in Atlantic City sehr unsicher... Die Lage am Strand.

Bad The staff ,we got switched from Chelsea that we reserved to the west tower which was at the very back of the hotel when we requested to be near the front by the boardwalk after arriving at the tower our room was dirty and not.cleaned so we were told we had to go back to guest services and get another room again had to go tot he back of the hotel to Havana tower it was exhausting and upsetting, my 10 year old cried most of that evening! The room was nice.

Hotel Stay Review Hairs from previous guest were in my shower...housekeeping does not clean each day of your stay...I ran out of towels & toilet paper had to call front desk for more..no remote for TV in my room...pool was supposed to open at 9am...I wanted to go for a swim before check out at 11...employee never showed up for work so pool did not open at time it was supposed to...charged a 150.00 security deposit that is not returned back into your account the day after checkout... Staff was very accomodating...great shops.... read more
