Das Geld nicht wert, dreckig und alt Das ganze Hotel/ Casino ist ziemlich heruntergekommen und ungepflegt. Unser Zimmer war bei Ankunft dreckig. Erst nach mehrfachen Anrufen beim housekeeping wurde durchgewischt. Den restlichen Aufenthalt wurde dann gar nicht mehr gereinigt. Die Aufzüge hört man die ganze Nacht rumpeln, dazu die betrunkenen lauten Gäste auf den Fluren. Die Flure wurden gar nicht gereinigt. Horrible The hotel Room old and outdated. Gross old toilets that leaked poo water all over the floor.No handicap parking . Room missing a place to sit, like a couch lol. Horrible. Room cleanliness and Staff were not up to standards for the location. CLEANLINESS! We had cockroaches in the room, on the bed side table and headboards. The air conditioner hardly worked, could not get the room to cool down. No staff around to fix the situation. No call back from the manager. No help whatsoever. Location to the beach and entertainment events.

It sucked, and the place wasn’t even that book They double charge me for resort fees the room was not the best at all the overall experience was terrible. I will not stay at Tropicana ever again. I would do my best to stay somewhere else. On the boardwalk

Horrible!!!! The rooms were filthy. The bathroom toilet was dirty. The shower/bathtub had hair on the walls. Disgusting!! No place for putting clothes from our luggage. No drawers at all. Floor in the room had no rug, and was extremely slippery Did not eat breakfast at the casino
