it was ok Room was outdated. My TV didnot work well. I smelled weed from the room next door love the eatery sections

Bad. Overall bad. Checkin took about 45 min. Long lines for elevators. Elevators getting stuck on the 36th floor. Bathroom was dirty. No water in the room. Exiting the hotel and garage was too long. Checking in should be a quick process. Kiosk directing people to the front desk for quick checkin is ineffective and needs to be remedied. Sportsbook was good.

Last time I stay there, convenience of restaurants is good but the room really sucks Room was horrible, rug by the AC soaked, the room smelled like wet rug and it’s very out dated The only thing that is good about the property is the convenience that there’s so many restaurants and stores inside.

See above That there wasn't a pool in the Havanah Tower and having to pay extra to use a lounge chair at the pool. There was a band playing somewhere outside our window. When we mentioned it to the front desk and security, they were not helpful at all. Supposedly, security came up to listen to the noise but couldn't hear it. When we called back (and we had to call them NO ONE called us back) they said as much. When we said that no one actually came into our room, security said that they weren't allowed to. Bad They never returned the deposit

Disappointing South Tower needs major up grades. Very dingy, rugs are dirty, paint chiping, dirty walls, funky smell. In the room, the closet door had broken areas, paint chips, and hair in the shower. You can tell housekeeping doesn't care. The location is good.
