They should have given me money back cause of the fithy from The first room they gave was not cleaned at all Staff was horrible very bad hospitality The location .....not to far from home

We never coming back. Impossible to speak to someone over the phone, nobody answers, We couldn't take a shower, no hot water, and the pipes were broken, brown and oily water coming out of the shower. From 9AM to 10:30 AM trying to talk to someone, about the water problem, no answer, no help. There was no way to regulate the AC, we froze all night. Check in is 4PM, and check out is 11AM. They gave us free parking, for the inconvenience.

No frills hotel. Old and dated Very dated old property. Wallpaper peeling, curtains were filthy. We had gnats constantly in the room. Bed was comfortable though. No proper tea / coffee set up. Could benefit from a microwave in the room. We won’t stay here again. Location was great. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Went to a concert there so figured we would stay there. Hotel needs to be updated and needs better signage to get around Had to change room because it was gross. Old and ready for demolition. Just disgusting. And that was an upgraded room. Cost us another $100 to get a different room in a different tower. It did have a fun social club at night.

Waste of money The hotel room was decrepit and filthy. The casino was bright and modern but everything else was truly horrible. Do not recommend!!!! You can stay in a motel for 1/4 price and it was probably cleaner The convenience of our event
