I enjoyed my stay for the most part and will be better prepared if I visit again. Thank you. Unfortunately I wasn’t prepared for the amount of walking and have mobility issues. I was able to rent a scooter the second day which was a huge help. Everything was clean

Went to Atlantic City for a night a concert, chose to stay at Tropicana. Service was terrible on all levels. Directions to get to the room were confusing and incorrect. Everything was dirty. It was nice how everything we needed was in the Tropicana.

Disappointing Room was old . No waters , air conditioning didn’t work. Made me wait for my room because I had booked a better deal early than what the rooms were going for. All the restaurants and the clubs

Poor This property needs some repairs and also extra staff to assist you when your lost! Never a staff member around if you needed help! Covid season has been over for about 1 1/2 year ago and still they don’t change sheets! I really didn’t like this property at all! Everything from checking in to getting to your room and leaving your room to getting to the parking garage and exiting the garage was horrible! Over 1hr to leave when your a guest! Walking to your room from check in about 25 minute walk.
