Probably will not be back. Checked in around 4 pm and was told room was not ready and may have one to two hour wait as housekeeping was not done. Was offered a another room but only one left and was not what I booked. Smoking .I accepted and put up with the Oder. Very disappointed .also parking garage attendant was very rude and tried charging me full price with check out receipt. Kiosks did not print out parking voucher. Ample amount of restaurants and shops

I will never return! And will not recommend this dump to anyone The hotel was filthy!!! I had to go to housekeeping and get disinfecting spray and gloves and clean the room myself. Hair in the bathroom, floor wasn’t mopped or vacuumed.I wore my shoes the entire time! Towels were dirty, halls weren’t vacuumed for weeks, hall rug was filthy elevators had garbage on the floor and it remained there throughout my stay. I never seen anyone walking around cleaning. The casino was ok the hotel was horrible will never go there again Dirty My room was downgraded because the room is initially did was non smoking and all they had left in the deluxe smoking i was pit in a classic room. the parking was horrible and costky

Horror at the chesla tower Tropicana hotel BEWARE Room was disgusting, nothing worked, even when spoke to maid about room no one came to clean it, couldn't change room area was very bad on our side in chesla tower, no security at our exit whete all the druggie, and homeless slept Absolutely nothing, a nightmare

Fair The room had no Iron, then when requesting for one, I received one that didn't work! Only to be replaced with another non working Iron Everything on Location
