A weekend at the Tropicana Elevators were dirty, sticky floors, garbage outside of them there all day and nobody picked it up. Staff were 50/50 friendly. Too many fees to include a $3.00 casino fee daily and a $28 resort fee daily plus tax that nobody could tell me what it was for besides agreeing that it's a scam. Staff at the pools waitresses) ignored you.. The inside pool is old and dirty and the staff working there were horrible. Staff issues are all over, including lazy or rude! Casino and comedy club.

Terrible stay. People at the hotel were not communicative. When I shared the problems, they offered a late check out of Above mentioned It was in a convenient location but that is all. It was old and dirty. The room’s AC was very low and it was extremely hot at night. Multiple outlets were blown out in the room. The television made a crackling noise on every channel.

Less then average but love the ocean. everything needs updating. Also the check in line was preposterous . It took nearly an hour to check in. I honestly was dissapointed by it for the price that it was.There were holes all over the room and burn marks on the sheets.It was also scary that there was a connecting door from one room to the next. An absolute miserable way to celebrate an anniversary. Never using the hotel or this app again. There was hair, ash, a vape, and BLOOD! In our uncleaned room that they refused to move us from. Even though we requested a non-smoking room and I have asthma. We requested early check-in which never happened either.
