My ordeal with booking.com and Tropicana atlantic Well, first off, I was told my stay would be 400.29 and I would receive 150.00 damage fee back I was charged 95.00 before I even got there then another 459.00i was also told I would have a double room which I did not upon leaving noticed my vehicle was broken into and many things where stolen I was told by Tropicana security it is not their problem it's park at your own risk.So on top of being overcharged and getting the wrong room I was robbed I've complained several times t... read more

Terrible do not recommend! Rooms was dirty, beds in the floor and cigarette burns everywhere Cleaning I hated it. Dirty rooms was nasty when we checked in.

Necesita el reglamento general de las instalaciónes y servicio al cliente Todo el lugar olía a mariguana, alcohol y cigarrillos.. aparte tuvimos que retirarnos por una circunstancia familia y no buscaron como apurarnos ya que literalmente solo habíamos estados dos o tres horas.. sin contar el poco personal que tiene al servicio al cliente. La habitación estaba bien equipada

Between the disappointing room and the rain it was less than pleasant It seems to be falling apart the wall paint was hanging down the bathroom had mold just needs some love the remote had no back piece then on the last day I found it with a lot of dust as well The location was good to get to the water

Attention to detail Very dusty room Wasn't cleaned well at all Stain chairs The bathroom wasn't fully stocked for more than one person. My son loved the games and food options. Chairs had stains . Very dusty That's was an issue for me. My son is allergic to a few things, and dust is one of them. I did inform housekeeping. Overall, it was ok Made the best of a short getaway
